Ingredients:
  • Milk – 1 Ltr
  • Venegar / Lemon Juice – 4 TBSP

FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
  • Cardamom powder – 1 TBSP
  • Water – 2 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cups

Preparation Steps:
  • Take one liter of milk in a pan, boil and stir occasionally in a medium flame.
  • After thickens the milk add Vinegar / Lemon to it and stir continuously, and the milk will break apart in about a minute.
  • Now turn off the flame, take a bowl, set colander to the bowl and put a fresh cloth to it, and put the drain the water from the crumbled milk.
  • Add cool water to it and squeeze the water completely, you can use some weight on the dough for 30 minutes to drain the excess water.
  • Now take the dough into the mixing bowl and mash the paneer for at least 10 minutes, paneer should be a smooth dough.
  • Take a lemon sized ball and make it round shape(without cracks) and keep it aside.
  • For sugar syrup, take 1 cup of sugar into the pan and add 2 cups of water to it, 1 TBSP of cardamon powder and boil and stir well till sugar melts completely.
  • Now add the prepared paneer balls to the sugar syrup, cover and close it with the lid and boil and cook for 10 minutes in the medium flame.
  • The paneer ball size increases, stir well, and cook for another 10 more minutes in the low flame.
  • Now turn off the flame and cool it completely. That’s it Bengali Style Rasagulla Sweet Recipe is ready, Enjoy the Rasgulla Recipe.
